We have made ordering an apostille as simple as possible.
Your document will fall into one of our two categories, Tier 1 or Tier 2. If you are not sure which category your document is please read more about the documents we can process. Send us your document following our simple 4 step process-
Use the Order Form
1. Print our easy to use order form – Order Form
2. Post or email your document to us with a copy of the completed order form (not all documents can be emailed).
3. Make a payment by debit or credit card, cheque or postal order. Details are on the order form.
4. We will return your document to you in 5 working days.

If you do not have access to a printer or you are not able to print the order form please send us a note/letter with your document-
Send us a letter
1. Write a cover letter to be sent with your document. Make sure you provide your return address, telephone number and email contact.
2. Post your document to us with your letter. Our address is on our contact page.
3. Include a cheque or Postal Order for the correct amount made payable to The Apostille Service. Alternatively ask us to call you for payment by debit or credit card.
4. We will issue the apostille and return post the document to you in 5 working days.
