There is technically no official apostille office in Wales. Within the UK there is only one version of the apostille certificate. This can be added to any Welsh document that requires an apostille certificate for use outside of the UK. For example a Welsh birth certificate or academic certificate is issued with an apostille in exactly the same way that a document from England, Scotland, or Northern Ireland is.
